Ayr Racecourse

Come racing at Ayr and enjoy a great day out at Scotland’s top racing venue, only a half hour drive from Turnberry Holday Park. Ayr generally stages about 24 fixtures, both NH and Flat, providing all year round entertainment and top sporting action.

Odean Cinema Ayr

The ODEON Cinema Ayr is located in Burns Statue Square, opposite the train station at the top of the High Street. We are in the middle of the one-way system next to Blockbuster and Burns House.

Gaiety Theatre

Ayrshire’s historic seaside variety theatre offers a year round programme of spectacular shows including famous names from comedy & music. When you’re there visit Popplewell’s Cafe Bar.

Palace Theatre

The Palace Theatre is situated in Kilmarnock only a half hour drive from Turnberry Holiday Park. The theatre hosts a 500 seat auditorium and an intimate café bar which is the venue for the comedy club and music gig nights. The Grand Hall has a 900 capacity hall, ideal for concerts and conferences, a pillared hall, reception rooms and art halls. The theatre offers a year round programme of music, comedy, drama, dance and light entertainment, suitable for all the family. Many productions are also supported by an educational programme of events and workshops. The Palace also offers a yearly pantomime of national caliber, produced by Wish Theatre Company, creators of BBCTV@s Tweenies.
