May is a fantastic time to visit Scotland…and Turnberry Holiday Park is the ideal location to see all that the region has to offer. May is typically a quieter time of year to visit Scotland – meaning you can beat the queues and traffic congestion and discover Ayrshire at your own, leisurely pace.
What is there to do in May?
The peak summer season may not be in full swing but that doesn’t mean there isn’t still plenty for you to see and do! With the warming temperatures, May is a great time to lace up those walking boots and explore the great outdoors.
Our holiday park is blessed with a stunning location that enjoys the best of both coast and country – so you can enjoy coastal or hill-top walks whenever you feel the need. There’s mile upon mile of fine sandy beaches just waiting to be explored… and all with a fine view of the great rock of Ailsa Craig.
